It's a kiss without any shame: something beautiful.

I Don’t Know What to Say to You

Sometimes I get so frustrated with my past. Most of the time it starts out with me seeing someone I used to know on MySpace or something stupid like that. Sometimes it’s a song that reminds me of someone, or lyrics that are relatable to how I felt towards someone.

I keep coming across this one person’s profile on a social networking site and it does nothing but depress me, which inevitably leads me to thinking that it’s impossible for me to get over somebody (regardless of the relationship) completely. Music seems to just be driving me farther into thought… which is usually a good thing, but tonight it’s just plain dangerous. I’m going to quit while I’m ahead on this post… but just so I didn’t completely waste your time: here’s the song I’ve been listening to on repeat for at least 3 hours. God I love indie music.

“Mister Sister“
performed by The Tender Box

Hey sister can you feel my soul runs free?
Destruction breaks the core taking toll on me
Life stings with circumstances
Cheating death romances me

Hey mister did you miss your chance to see some truth?
Have you misplaced your identity?
You’ve searched for all the action
Where the dead can dance and sing

Hey sister I can see your soul runs free
Enticing with devices and violent means
Seducing with attraction shooting down attacking me

Hey mister, take a good look around and see
You’ve sold your soul for love when the price was free
Left bleeding bruised and blistered looking back at history

She goes wild, he goes wild
We go wild, we’ve gone wild

  1. you totally got me into this song. I randomly went driving today, and it was basically all I listened to. Where do you find such awesome music?! You always find the greatest stuff.

That’s probably one of the greatest lyrics I’ve heard in a VERY long time. But yes, I agree…that situation always sucks to the highest extent. At times, you would swear life is playing some sick twisted joke on you, especially when they keep popping up like that. *sighs* such is life, such is life.
